工作职责：
- 与项目成员，客户和/或用户合作，通过获取需求并细化需求，为亚洲和北美客户产品设计用户界面；
- 识别可用性问题，并与交互设计师、用户研究员和工程师合作解决该问题；
- 针对工程设计的详细要求和最后图形，不断地创作与完善；
- 设计过程中，创作线框，故事板和交互原型；
- 在与工程师合作中，了解项目架构和开发过程中对设计产生的问题和限制；
- 和团队一起协作制定设计风格规范、及测试/验证的方法论。
职位要求：
- 平面设计，工业设计，美术或是人机交互专业的本科或是硕士；
- 熟悉用户中心的设计原则和方法；
- 熟知跨文化设计需要注意的问题；
- 熟练使用Photoshop, Visio, PowerPoint, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Illustrator, Flash, and Visual Basic and/or VisualStudio.NET等设计图象，故事板，用户界面虚拟图和制作原型；
- 深入了解不同形式的数字媒体格式；
- 具备良好的中，英文书写与对话能力。

Job Description
- Collaborate with teams, customers and/or users to acquire and refine requirements to design visual UI elements for products for both Asian and North American users
- Identify usability issues and work with interaction designers, user researchers, and engineers to solve these issues
- Create and iteratively refine detailed specifications and final graphics for Engineering
- Create wire-frames, storyboards, and interactive prototypes as part of design process
- Work with Engineering to understand architecture and development issues/limitations
- Collaborate with team to develop style guides and test/validation methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Fine Arts, or Human-Computer Interaction preferred
- Familiarity with user-centered design principles and methods
- Strong knowledge of cross-cultural design issues
- Experience designing images, storyboards, UI mockups, and prototypes using tools such as Photoshop, Visio, PowerPoint, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Illustrator, Flash, and Visual Basic and/or VisualStudio.NET
